BCG - Bacille Calmette-Guérin (Tuberculosis) Vaccine
DT - Pediatric Diphtheria & Tetanus Vaccine
DTaP - Pediatric Diphtheria, Tetanus & Acellular Pertussis Vaccine
HAV - Hepatitis A Virus
HAV - Hepatitis B Virus

Hib - Haemophilus influenzae type b
HPV - Human Papillomavirus
IPV - Inactivated Polio Vaccine
LAIV - Live, Attenuated Influenza Vaccine (Nasal Spray)
MCV4 - Meningococcal Conjugate Vaccine (Quadravalent)

MMR - Measles, Mumps & Rubella Vaccine
MMRV - Measles, Mumps, Rubella & Varicella Vaccine
MPSV4 - Meningococcal Polysaccharide Vaccine (Quadravalent)
